Emily has been with Ristenpart Law for the past five years. She is currently triple majoring in International Affairs,Political Science, and Human Rights at the University of Nevada, Reno. Emily has substantial international experience. She has studied emerging issues in India, spent time in Brazil researching developmental economics, social inequality, and neoliberalism, and lived in Cuba to study authoritarian and populist regimes. Emily traveled to Turkey to study development politics and nationalism. She recently lived in Morocco working on gender equality issues. Emily has also lived in France and Spain to further her foreign language skills.
Emily has presented her research at national conferences and co-authored a published paper on political and politicized religion.
Emily works on trial preparation, jury selection, discovery review, motions, and legal research.
